When will my order ship?

Most of our items are pre-order and require a processing period of up to 3 weeks before shipment. Items from our Ready-to-Ship Collection are processed within 1–3 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Once processed, shipping takes 1–3 business days within the United States.
International shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier but typically range from 7–21 business days.You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer refunds?

No — Haus of Couture does not offer refunds. Eligible returns are issued as store credit only. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

What items can I return?

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in brand-new condition, and in original packaging. Final Sale and Clearance items cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we proudly offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Haus of Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.Please contact your local carrier office for assistance.
